All 2 of them - weekday and weekend :P Every goddamned word in this article is close to my heart (only I am no Vinita Bali and will most probably never be :P). Cliched as it may sound, all one has to do is find a job they love doing and don't HAVE to do, and all the pieces of work life balance just fall together. In spite of the bad days. In fact bad days are more fun, because when you look back, you either laugh your ass off or take pride in your ability to handle the unbearable buzz that comes with them.
