Out of the closet

The blabbermouth that I am, I have mentioned this blog at least 200 million times while talking to Dad. And the smartie that he is, he pretended he did not notice. I realised only yesterday that my father actually reads this blog. Where do I hide now?!?

My Dear Daddy,

If you are reading this, I have to tell you. I get the habit of forming strong opinions from you. The temper too. And the political incorrectness. Please don't kill me for some of the things you will read here, it is the living proof of our hereditary I-am-angry-and-I-am-going-to-tell-you-why trait that your grandchildren will grow up to read. We're famous, Dad! ;) My disclaimer to you is always going to read "I can explain everything! I learned all of it from you :D" AND I LOVE YOU!

Lots and lots of love,
Me

P.S.# 1 If I were a Christian, even my epitaph would have read "I can explain everything".

P.S.# 2 The hills are calling, I will catch you on the other side of Yercaud. I am going this weekend. FINALLY!

Piyu, I will be back on Sunday night babe.. This just a weekend away. A LONG Kerala road trip is happening in december, save the missing me for then :P And btw I don't think Dad gets to the comments.. He doesn't have that kind of patience.. He is MY dad :D

@Chinkurli, will do :)

@DI, I mention my blog to a lot of people.. But dad reading it is a different ballgame. Thoda initial awkwardness I guess :P

That's really sweet. Although I love my Dad, bless his heart, I'd be mortified if he's start reading my blog!
