I can hear the rhythm of the rain outside, it's a beautiful evening, balmy if you will (what on earth does that word mean anyway?). The Mishra-Manis are merrily preparing for a grand pasta and maalpua dinner (yes, yes, we will most probably treat you to such random combinations when you visit us. We like to spread joy to those we like.), and I'm singing my favourite Debbie Reynolds' of all times... Tammy.. Tammy.. Tammy is in love!
And then Smartie says, "pichhle janam mein aap morni hongi lagta hai"
To which I give him my trademark, "Hain!?"
Baarish hote hi naachne lag jaati hain...
*Sigh* Such is life.
Curtains drop.
P.S. - On an unrelated note, this is my problem. I know now. And I'm not even a CEO or anything remotely close to that! Marshall Goldsmith - the man who can make even lessons in self improvement sound sensible without sounding annoying. I love him!
